Default New artist intown!

Hello, my name is Jeffrey Fuller. Im new to the metal shaping community. I am from Muncie In, have been a furniture maker for about 20 years. Mainly wood and metal. Ive loved old cars sence I was 14 years old. Old Mustangs and Fords mainly. But I love all old cars. I have been to aviation maintenance school, but did not finish. I got a job in the composites industry before graduating. I learned to paint and repair air planes. Carbon fiber, Kevlar are just too itchy for me! I loved the old planes and wanted to learn more. I saw a polished aluminum cobra at the Shelby factory and fell in love. I eventually started following people on Instagram and took some recent classes with Wray Schelin in Massachusetts. Looking to learn some more from him in the next few weeks. I also purchased some english wheel anvils from Joseph Andrews at Hoosier Profiles. Wonderful product! He gave the information to this group. Looking to build some of my own machines. Im starting with the english wheel. Joseph said the group would be very helpful. I am sick of the Made in China! Hope you all will provide the guidance for me to continue my future in metal shaping on cars and furniture.

Default Welcome

I enjoy what I have been learning on this forum. You will find a lot of good info even if you just read the pictures.
I also considered making an english wheel but I decided my hobby is working on cars and metal shaping, not building tools so I went to Imperial Wheels for my machine. Very good quality and can be set up the way you need it. Also made in USA.
