Good morning Will,
The check is sent for the book. Look forward to it. You can ship it or send it along with Mr. Pate. Could you be so kind as to sign it.
Thank you, Tom

Tom: You are more than welcome, I appreciate your interest. It's packaged, labeled and ready to send out on Monday.

I have also sent books to Australia, Sweden, Finland, The Netherlands, and now the U.K. If others 'across the sea' have an interest, PM me and I can provide a shipping price for you as well. I have not been prepared for all the interest. Thanks, guys.

Got my book last week, and this morning I woke up a bit earlier than normal and started to read it.

I have read less than 10 books cover to cover in my life, this will for sure be making that short list. It helps to have meet and spent time with Will which only brings my respect and interest even higher.

Thank you Will for taking the time to share you life journey, good and not so good.

I've sold enough books that I ordered another small printing. Been sending books over seas as well.

Here is an updated 'shipped-price' list.

In the USA: The price of the book is $39.95 plus $8.05 for S/ H for a total of $48.00.

To Canada: The price of the book is $39.95 plus $28.05 for S/ H for a total of $70.00.

To Sweden: The price of the book is $39.95 plus $38.05 for S/ H for a total of $80.00.

Netherlands: The price of the book is $39.95 plus $38.05 for S/ H for a total of $80.00.

To the U.K.:The price of the book is $39.95 plus $38.05 for S/ H for a total of $80.00.

In Australia: The price of the book is $39.95 plus $38.05 for S/ H for a total of $80.00.

Thanks, guys

Damn you Will! I haven't gotten crap done since I got my copy Friday afternoon. I'm about half way through and find myself just not being able to stop reading. Man what a life you've had! So far, I've laughed out loud, cried, shook my head, and smiled a lot.

Great book! Good on ya! And thanks for sharing your stories with the rest of us.
