When do I start? ( I wish) I would love to get away from the cold wet winters here in England.

You guys do some very nice work!

have you ever wondered how cool it would be if you owned a certain machine, if you only had that right tool, to get your skills that much sharper, if you could metal finish it instead of "close enough" (also depends on the customer) etc?

well we're still hiring.

I can't believe you can't find people to work for you! You have a nice set up, all the tools, you obviously want proper work done with no shortcuts.
To me being able to do the job properly without being told to cut corners is what the job is all about.

I realise that getting the right person to work for you is not easy but with your set up....

Good luck with finding someone.

He is looking for a qualified person. I'm sure he has had a lot of want-to-be's, wanting to learn, apply

yes we're looking for a qualified person but don't hesitate to show us what you got.

there is two way to learn how to swim.

1st your shown how by a qualified person
2nd your thrown in in the pool and you figure it out.

at the end both people learned to swim and live.

we're not after the kid who just got out of Wyotech or UTI etc. we've been down that road before. it winds up costing us more in the long run.
