Default bead rolling floor

So I am attempting to build a 1947 Ford coupe, and one of the major things that I need to do is rebuild the floors. Right now I'm just taking measurements and making 3-D models...my question is how much extra metal should I add to my blank to account for the bead rolls?

The area of the beads should be able to be stretched to account for any additional material needed, either prior to bead forming or afterward.
