3D Printed Buck?!
Check out this link, it's about a guy who is using a 800$ home 3D printer to build an Aston Martin DB4. Don't know if anyone has mentioned this but I didn't find it after a search so I thought I'd throw it up here.

interesting, not sure on the time involved as some of the parts i have drawn up to print for prototyping parts for my 356 have come in at over 48hrs for 1 part. break that into smaller parts, and do 1 a day. a week has gone by....
having said that, while in london last we saw an exhibition of james bond stuff and saw the aston they 3d printed for the movie. cool to say the least!

I was wondering about the calendar print schedule.
Didn't read the entire thread but noticed the thread started in 2012. He talks about printing sections at 5MM to address undesirable flexibility experienced at 2MM.

Clearly not his first rodeo. Did you see the 250 GTO Ferrari in the background? I would like to see that one out in the open. Destined for a BMW v12 engine.
