Default kerosene

Kerosene is another light oil that is an effective cutting lubricant.
Diesel fuel, too.

Yup, they'll get the job done but they stink to high heaven and the wife never appreciates that sort of thing amongst her washing. If it's a light oil you want there's nothing better than sewing machine oil. Better lube than either kero or diesel and best of all it smells of nothing at all so little old ladies can sit at their machine all day without getting a headache.
Still not a patch on good old isopropanol for working ally, though. It lubes, degreases then vanishes without a trace. Smells nice too.

My name is Richard and I'm a tig-a-holic...

I thought it timely to toss in some early advertising by this popular "bug spray."

I have exactly that problem,
Tight Nuts and a Rusty Tool!, But no amount of WD40 is going to fix that.

Default cutting aluminum

Thanks guys for all of your reply's to my question, I used a coarser blade and kept it lubed with a combo of soap and WD40, the parts needed are cut out and finish filed for shape, drilled, and am now sanding blemishes from the surface, in prep for polishing.

No Kent, I guess I got lucky, no hot chips in my socks or down the nock of my shirt, but tons of little chips all over the floor to clean up and stick in my shop broom!
