I'm always trying to think several steps ahead. Trouble is... thought doesn't necessarily translate in to action. "Remembering" to plug it in or turn the gas on doesn't actually mean it got done... it just means I thought about it long enough to think it was done...

I've been using my brake for about 20yrs now. I just bent some metal and turned it around and had to feed it in from the back so i'm bending in the right direction and bent the other side. Now i can't get the damn thing out of the brake! I bent it right around the brake itself. I can either destroy the piece or take the brake apart to get it out!
It better fit perfect, thats all i can say.

Default Raise the car

Yep!!!!!!
Working on an old rust bucket can be a pain. To limit my frustration I invested in taller jackstands and a floor jack with greater reach. I can't quite stand up under the car but that extra 6" makes a world of difference when welding in tight places under the chassis.
