Default Next project- Tow rig for the Coupster

Picked this up at auction yesterday. I've had my eye on this car for a long time. It's a '40 Chevy sedan delivery (less than 3000 rolled off of the assembly line)...

I was also able to buy an extra back door way better than the one on the car for $5.00, and an original sedan delivery rear bumper for $30.00....
The car is rough, top is pushed in, front floors and rockers are gone. The rear floor and the lower rear around the back door is gone.... I'm thinking about shortening the rear cargo area and going with 2dr sedan doors, and giving it a little chop.....

That will be awesome Jeff. While there may be problems, I don't see anything that are remotely beyond your skills. You going to drive it down to the Dixieland meet?

Maybe in a few years... Just pulled another big project in the shop today. Another Linclon, this one is a '67.

Isn't that the truth!!! I found if they are to easy to get at they become a distraction though.

Neat grill Rick!! I remember see it before.
