Very nice work, it was all done with hand tools i gather? One thing tho, the accident knocked the steering wheel all the way to the wrong side of the car, you gonna take care of that too?
What ga sheet metal for the wing? That is aluminum isn't it? An early shot of the wing mocked up it looks like steel to me. Very nice.

I found a few more photos of the Healey 100, below is a photo of when it came in, the angle does not show the damage to the rear. but you can see the rear wing was torn off.

Here is a photo of the damaged rear, the boot floor was damaged the rear crossmember was bent, chassis leg one side was bent the other side was rotten. one leaf spring was also bent.

Here is the chassis repaired with a new crossmember welded in.

Before and after shot of the rear wing...

Aluminium is amazingly forgiving.

By replacing the inner flange of the wing (fender) and bolting this to the car (As shown in previous photos.) I could re-shape the wing so that it matched this with no need for a buck. I use this same technique when making new wings (sometimes). David

Thank you guys. I have not seen the car since it was painted but the customer told me it turned out well.
