Wheel tub rear window area filler.
Trunk center floor area. Above frame to below frame transition. Driver side Tub to rear valance panel. Passenger side tub to rear valance panel and small tubing battery tray. Another shot of the drive side wheel tub to rear valance panel. Trunk area tin work.

If you look close where the battery tray welds to the frame the tin has a notch cut in it. It needs to be closed up.
The aluminum panel thickness is .040. The patch will be TIG welded in. The mild steel pieces are chill plates clamped top and bottom to control warping and buckling from welding. Top and bottom chill plates clamped in place ready for welding. The filler wire to be used is .045 from a MIG spool gun spool. Notice how curled the wire is as it comes off the spool. The wire tie pliers are used to straighten it out like cut length TIG wire. After welding and cooling the chill plates are removed with no warping or buckling. View from the bottom. Cleaned up and ready to go.

I do similar with straightening the mig wire but use a cordless drill instead of the pliers.
