Default 1988 Chrysler Conquest Rim repair

This is the rim on my 1988 Chrysler Conquest.

Thanks to Zollis for the resizing of the picture!

I paid a lot of money to have the rims refinished but the original dent still exists. How would you guys have remove this prior to machining? Is there a way to roll out the aluminum?

Overall pictures
