Jaroslav, we've discussed using plastic wheels for bead rollers, the wheels are from skateboards, and also rubber wheels on English wheels, most often a steel die (wheel) is used opposite a rubber one. On a bead roller, often the plastic one is from a skateboard. Lazze has some video on it here:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iLclPYhIBT4

and here:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EU1TG1YDIWQ

here's a couple of threads about skate wheels on bead rollers:

http://allmetalshaping.com/showthrea...ht=skate+board

http://www.allmetalshaping.com/showthread.php?t=5846

http://www.allmetalshaping.com/showthread.php?t=5974

You will find more if you search: skateboard

On an English wheel, sometimes a big rubber band is put over a steel wheel, sometimes rubber tires are used. Often the tire is from a gokart. Rubber wheels for English wheels are talked about here:

http://allmetalshaping.com/showthrea...t=gokart+wheel

You will find more if you search: gokart wheel

Over on a different forum they are discussing using a pair of plastic bead roller dies that are 3D printed:

hope this helps

I was going to link some of my threads with the skateboard wheel but looks like Mark beat me to it. Thanks Mark!

Default esentra

I ordered a bunch of stuf ffrom esentra a few years ago and bought an orange wheel. I don't have the part no . they also carry the square hole shafts used for making die holders for a "mini pullmax machine" It was the orange one and is a hard push to use on my HF bead roller. V beld pullies with a 22 mm hole can easily be modified ro custom shapes.
