Default making C pillar outer face

Howdy
I'm looking to replace my rusted out C pillar cover piece on my classic BMW.

I'v removed the spot wells and cut the ends and removed the rusted panel.

I've been given a pieced of sheet metal by a local coachbuilder (form there scrap bin.
Ive made a card template - worked out its needs to be at least 2 pieces.

Looking at Lazzi's tube video, it appears that a 45 degree bead roller would be the tool to use to bend the curved 90 degree bends.

I don't have that tool, can it be done with simple hand tools?

Did anybody else get distracted by the highly accurate wording at the bottom of the video?

If you don't want the comments, just press on the CC box at the bottom right hand of the screen, and they will disappear.

I'm aware of that thanks. I just thought they were quite funny.

I don't see why not. What tools do you have?

Hey Tramp, nice work on your FB page

As you do this full time, how would you make this repair panel?

Some inexpensive tipping devices can be made out of 1/2 key stock, or even a crescent wrench...

Thanks Martin.

I'd make it in two pieces, but you'd need a shrinker/stretcher.

I applaud your ambition, that's a hard piece to make. Is that a BMW 2002? I had that similar piece rust out on my '02, and lucked into a parts car, where some quality time with a Sawzall resulted in a corner piece I could weld in as a replacement for my rust.
