Default Bench top tipping wheel

I showed last week a tipping wheel that I made for my English Wheel that takes a bit of time to set up. So here is one that is always set up. The lower wheel on this one is 5 in. the rubber is soft enough to stick your finger nail in with some force, not sure what the hardness is. The one on my English Wheel is a 4 inch wheel turned down to 3 1/2 inch because it was not flat. I mention this because the smaller wheel works better because it moves the metal through slower. If you want to make one, here are the photos of the machine taken apart and put together. This one will tip about a 1 inch flange. Terry

I love it. This is another tool that I'm going to set up to slip into one of the sockets in my welding table.

The tipping wheel that I used are hardened and precision ground slitting wheels. I bought a bunch at an auction and I sell them on e-bay for $20. But if anyone on all metal wants one I will sell them to you for $15 and $2.00 shipping in the u.s.a. I don't know what the shipping would be to australia. . Terry

Terry, That is such a great offer I will take you up on it. How do I best send you the funds? Through ebay, Paypal, or snail mail?
