As for kits, I am not entirely sure, but I think that Joe at Hoosier Profiles might ship internationally:

http://hoosierprofiles.com/Complete_Sets.html I have read on another forum that they are right now in the process of moving to new facility and may be a bit hard to get a hold of during the move.

I use Hoosier Profiles upper and lower anvils both and am very pleased with them. I built my wheel's frame and upper adjuster from the plans offered here:

It was time consuming, but I am retired and can afford to trade time for money. I have quite a bit of time in the adjuster.
