They specialize in flap discs and belts, and that is how I got hold of them. I sent Dan home with a couple belt sanders and he had purchased some belts at an auction thinking he would build a machine to accommodate the belts. They were too long for the machines I sent so a friend gave me the lead to Sparkeys Abrassives in Wilmer Mn. They couldn't have been more helpful, and more than willing to splice the belts for 50 cents an inch of width. I also purchased some 10x701/2 for my other one that at every metal meet I have had ,someone who seems to think it should only be a 5" belt. Here is the link to their site:

They were at the meet, handing out samples and literature.

The sure seem to know what they are talking about. They have products for all sorts of needs and answers to questions I didn't know enough to ask. It was pretty educational.

Hi Dan and all others,

Enjoyed two days of fun and company. Finished reinforcing my HF Bead Roller and making two beverage can holders to use at our bon fires on the farm. Trish really like them....and even suggested I make more as Christmas presents. Thanks for the 'Slap-On' decal Dan that really tops it off.

BuglytoolS was able to present a 5 star rating to Dan's shop. he met all the secret criteria for a bugly shop and there were plenty of bugly people there who supported the decision.
The food provided was all 5 star ( the cheesy potatoes were heavenly) thank you very much.
I allmost got caught up in the work which was happening everywhere, but managed to stay strictly in an advisory mode.
thanks again Dan for a great event.

It would be great to see you come up Johnny!! I'm going to have a meet sometime next year for sure. I just need to figgure out a date and see if anyone is going to show up..... I talked to Dan this morning and it sounds like he might have made a deal on the big Ekold at the meet this year.

I honestly don't think there's much educational value to the Ekold though. People need to learn how to make panels with what's available to them in there shops. It's sure fun to use though!!
