Same general idea; We rotated the head 90 degrees on its side, raised and tightened the table with 6x6 block sandwiched in to support it, and strapped it all together. Haven't had a chance to raise the head or remove the block yet. ira

Ira,
Congrats on scoring that equipment, and getting your shop re-setup! Exciting to see all that equipment come in on a semi-truck trailer, and getting placed in your shop. I look forward to future updates on your car progress, it's been nice following this build. Keep posting progress! Thanks Kent

Thanks Kent!!! Much appreciated. Moved my home as well as the shop into Red Hook Brooklyn (250 feet apart from each other) to free up more time to build. Amazing artsy enclave with several friendly metal fab and other craftsman shops super close by. Took two months to unpack the home and the shop (home had to come first), but pretty much finished the latter today, but for the 1500 pound welding table pictured last in transit. Anxious to get my hands dirty!!!

Very impressive Ira! Keep at it, and you'll get there. I love that e-wheel! Do you have a big "wing span" like Wray?
