Good looking work there Luke!

I love the looks of a Jaguar in white!

I see an Eckold in the background (309, 310?) Do you use NOMAR dies on the aluminum?

Thankyou
The eckold is a 309.
I havent heard of NOMAR here in england. you can get nylon heads but i never use the 309 on aluminium.
I have a small set of hand crimpers that usually only tighten up the edges with as i was always taught that a good wheeler shouldnt need to crimp...

Luke, if you ever use NOMAR tooling on aluminum, you will be hooked for life. No teeth marks but work the alloy about as fast as the steel tooling will work steel.

Here are the part numbers. Not cheap but if you can get your Eckold dealer to demo them, you'll start saving your pennies. (you actually have a stocking dealer in the UK somewhere near London. Flakey (Fintan) went there this week)

NOMAR Shrinking die 55x90mm LFA90s @ $2900.00
NOMAR Stretching die 55x90mm LFR90s @ $3500.00

These are with the quick change adapters that fit your Piccolo. I don't understand why the stretcher is more expensive than the shrinker. There really isn't any difference other than the way the steel plates angle in the rubber.

I've got some shots of panels I made using the NOMARs on my roadster build.

Hi All. i've just bought a kf460 that comes with nomar tooling, i already have some so when the time comes i'll put the spare tooling up for sale, i want to keep it all, however i have to try and get some money back , to help towards the cost of the 460, i'll let you all know.
