Default 2017 Redneck Roundup Classes.

Hey everyone I am excited to announce two 2 day classes before the Redneck Roundup! I cannot thank will enough for hosting this awesome event and the classes.

The first class will be held on March 24th,25th and will cover
- Unconventional buck construction
- Patterns stiff and flexible
- Simplified ways to map surfaces
- Rapid modifications to unconventional bucks

This class will be a lot of fun, having examples of the water jet egg crate bucks that Will has made and the unconventional buck side by side will offer a lot of comparison and discussion of uses of a each buck.

The second class will be shaping parts to fit the buck made in the fist class. This class will be held March 26th,27th, this class will cover
-Breaking panels down into manageable pieces
-Patterns, different styles and uses
-Simplified shaping vs power equipment
-Fitting to the buck and reading patterns
-Fit up and welding

Each class will be limited to 6 people and the cost for the class will be $350 per person and will include lunch, class materials and lots of laughs. If you have any questions about the class or would like to sign up you can say so in this thread or shoot me a pm. I am fired up this is going to be a lot of fun!!

I won't be able to make the Roundup this year, but have to say that Pat's class at last year's event was really super. I took a lot of notes, got a lot of good ideas, and Pat even took the time to do some remedial teaching for me personally. I'm a slow learner!

Pat,

Did you mean for the dates to overlap each other? Is one class finishing and the next one starting the same day?

Good catch Josh, I fixed it the second class will be the 26th and 27th. The dates are a little odd but I wanted to put them together like this so if a guy wanted to attend both classes they could see a part go from the development of the buck all the way to finished part. And also so the working guys if they came to both they would only have to rangle two days off for four days of fun.
