This is a air inlet grille and cover for a 1961 Corvair that is getting a A/C unit. The cover goes over and A/C condenser that have another cover to keep all the air directed through it. The cover you see will get a spare tire mounted to it.

Nice work. Are you adding AC to the car?

How did you form the beads?

Yes it is getting A/C. The customer has the original duct and outlet but no evaporator unit. Will probably have a friend in that business make a custom unit for it. He can make a plug and vacuum form the plastic.
