There is sealent between every lap joint.. its sikaflex 221, the recommended sealent for airstream... I'm gonna put a ton of it on the inside too before insulation.

Steve, that's an excellent project there! Looks amazing! I've hankered for years to build my own mini Airstream and this project had fired up my enthusiasm again! 👍😎

building the door frame was super challenging for me and i had to do it out of many pieces... its also my first real aluminum project with this much welding... but we got it done.
