When doing mockup of your headlights, get all the electrical parts into place via cardstock or whatever to hold temporarily to indicate full depth of assembly. Then put that front wheel on and turn it left/right full lock . Hopefully no issues ala tire kissing back of light unit itself! Easier to resolve now then later. (lesson learned long ago...)

Here is the pieces I did for the headlight area with an offset, it has the benefit that I can use the cut out piece as a template for the plexi headlight cover...

Thanks guys,

Here is a corner for the front airintake- a lot of stretch in the flange:



and checking the symmetry, not to far off considering I did not use a wooden buck, it is all done by photos and 100% handbuilt..

It is the photoshop rulers and I simply did a screenshot to save it!
