Hi Jack,
Here is some flow forming nonsense I posted up on F'book last summer -
stretching the inside curve:

might give you some more ideas ....
and I have another project in the shop that needs some serious flow forming so I expect more filmage from that ....

While it is great fun to soak up the filmage ..... please remember to get your digits dirty with some practice. This "digital" method of learning is deeply effective, when used in conjunction with one's observations.
