bending 12 ga st on E wheel
I got roped into making a friend in need fenders for his hydro seeder . These fenders were12 gauge steel 11" wide with 2 1/2" sides 51" long with a 65 degree bend. It takes 4 pieces the same . I agreed to do them then realized hmmmm how am I going to cut them . It got down to , build a fence for my P7 PullMax . The pcs. I cut out of large electrical cabinet back panels I dragged home from work . And to bend it I made a 8" disc narrowed to 3/16" for my dual upper wheel e wheel . I will tell you bending 408" of 12 ga. is a work out , it gives new meaning to pumping iron galvinized 12 ga trailer fenders.jpg

So Ken,
How does that corner radius lopper fit in to these fenders? Yeah - serious workout there, but glad it's you so I can send on any I get .....

So Kent I do not know . I have no clue as to the capacity of my corner shear and I am leery to find out . It complained not at .070 5052 and .04 304 . The shear blades I made out of some 1060 I had because it was there and did not need purchasing , figuring if it were a probably I would make d2 or s7 blades
