Default Fabricator Wanted - Chicago Area

The Roadster Shop is hot rod and custom shop specializing in high end, 1-off street rod and muscle car builds. We are looking for talented, experienced fabricators to add to our growing team. You must be highly motivated, professional and extremely passionate about working in this field. We currently have 2 positions that we are looking to fill immediately.

Sheet Metal Fabricator/Builder:
Must have previous experience in the street rod/muscle car industry or metal fabrication industry & have a strong metal fabrication background.
(Currently we are not looking for apprentices or entry level fabricators)
Must be skilled in the following operations:
- Tig welding of sheet metal, Stainless Steel & Aluminum.
- Some sheet metal shaping experience or skilled in patch panel fabrication.
- Some metal finishing skills would be a bonus.


Welder/Chassis Fabricator:
Must be experienced in:
-MIG/TIG Welding
-Tubing fabrication
-Bracket fabrication
-Susension component fabrication.
-General knowledge of chassis and suspension systems
