Default 36 ford section

Hi there from New Zealand.,
I'm building a 23 t bucket track roadster using a narrowed 38 chev hood and home side panels. My question I would to make a copy of a 36 ford grille but only the lower half and would like to know the best way to make the grille bars. The ford one look to stamped out of sheet metal. Any thoughts greatfully accepted.

Cheers dribble (Dave)

Default Ford grille

Thanks for the reply,
Great video but the ford grille doesnt appear to have seperate bars welded to the frame.
