Default 2010 Sun-n-Fun

This is for Charley and any others that are planning attendance at this years Metalshapers Workshop at the Sun-n-Fun Flyin in Lakeland Florida next month.
I received my volunteer confirmation email today. This is a bit unusual in that I haven't received the registration form. I guess that being the workshop chairman for the Metalshapers Workshop she assumed that I was coming. I haven't missed for about 10 years.
The problem is I don't have a registration form to send out to the new guys. I know that Charley Davidson is planning to join us and I will send a PM to him with the registrar's email address. I just don't want to post her email address directly to this forum. So if you are planning on attending and haven't received anything from Sun-n-Fun as far as a "Workshop" registration or confirmation, send me a PM (private mesage) and I will get the information to you.
Jake, have you received anything in the last day or so?
Charley: check your PM box. I did tell the registrar your name and that you needed to bring your bus.

You'll have a great time Charley. I worked SunNFun as a vendor for several years and got to spend a little time in the tent. Lots of opportunity for learning and the air show/displays/vendors are really great.

I hope you fellows don't mind me visiting from time to time again this year. Our LZ apparently is going to be next to the Lincoln tent this year. Seems like we get a new site each year now.

Hope to see you all there.

Also, Charley, you'll be very near the Miller welding tent. So, if you have any questions about your welder, the guys there will be more than happy to help you out. If you can sneak away from your demonstration for a bit, you can also get in a bit of practice on their machines. They have all varieties set up. If you are having trouble in a particular area, they'll teach you how to do it.

In this same vein, if you will go the Millerwelds.com and click on resources you can read a lot of very good info on mig welding. I would also recommend you order their student pack for 25 bucks. It'll be the best money you will spend in learning to weld.

Looking forward to meeting all you guys.

Mr. C, I am registered and have confirmation on my RV site.

If anybody needs a couch to sleep on I'll have one available all but a couple nights when a buddy comes up from Fort Myers Beach.

Tuck - I've got a couple of leaf springs I could bring out if someone wants to make a slapper. Let me know.

Thanks.
