I always like to hear & read about from those who worked within a circle of Masters on equitable-level work. It's a lot different and hard to explain to those who never do, no matter what those people can do.
Spending a lifetime working your way up the ladder is a waste of your life. Work hard, learn fast & get good when you're young so you can go to the top and work your way across. Great article.
