Default Metal Basher from UK

Hi Im Simon from Manchester England I have been a panel beater for 28 years restoring and building vintage and classic car bodywork.

Came across this site the other day and think its fantastic how so many guys are picking up tools and having a go with amazing results.

I also find it interesting how it is being achieved with the different ideas and tools , I don't think you should ever stop learning.

I cant work out how to put some pics up on here but I have a face book page simon isles coachbuilding

Welcome Simon, thanks for the introduction. Lots of Brits here now.

You should be able to post photos not that you're a full member. We're looking forward to seeing some of your work.

Default Cool work

Hi Simon welcome from one of the many Brit's here some cool work you've done there . Sure you will fit in real well here. The last pic look's alot like a lotus 6 ? If so a friend of mine run's Chris Rea's 6 and fezza and is in the process of building a second 6 for him . Don't look quite as nice as your car there but then again they get raced hard

Cheers Chris C

Hi Chris Bspoke thanks for the comments, the Lotus 6 lookalike is a Chevron B1 the first one built by Derek Bennet and is known as the Lotus beater.
