FNG in North Carolina
Off the clock, I tinker with stuff, electronics, robotics, metal and wood working. I'm getting into some minor sheet-metal work on a project, would like to lean on the shoulders of those who have come before me, and maybe I have a thing or two to share. My day-job is as an open-source software-engineer, so I know all about communities and the benefits of collaboration

Welcome from a fellow North Carolinian. I'm near Raleigh also. I'm by no means a master, just learning myself. Right now I'm working on my TIG welding. Working on making patch panels for old Jeeps.
Lots of great information to be found here and lots of technical advice from some very talented people. Dave
