I'm experienced with the term "Blocking" of knitted garments as they dry, but this may not be a universal term. My understanding was through my grandmother and my (at the time) 60year old (of German ancestry) babysitter in the 50s.

Blocking, Hollowing, Rasing, Wheeling machine, English wheel etc , for people that are learning or want to learn
let's concentrate on the trade and not get bogged down with terminology this is only what I think peter
