Do you have a link? I went to the site but didn't see anything larger than would be used in a die grinder.

Yes, that is it.
I tried to get the link on my iPad but it did not work for me. So I gave the site name. You may be able to find the same or similar brush elsewhere. Once you use it you will like it. Mike Thanks for the link. |

We had some difficulty wheeling the skin for the deck lid. The panel is large and we were leaving edge marks from the lower anvil. I think I can save this panel but I need to make some training wheels like Frank's. I have some parts ordered for them so in the mean time I'm going to go ahead with the gutters and inner rear panel. I can finish the deck lid skin when I get my parts.

I notched the buck to accept the gutters and trimmed the ends to size. Then made a template for the inner rear panel.

The inner rear panel didn't need much shaping. I just tipped the flange and stepped the rear edge. The rear edge will be lapped, plug welded and finished with seam sealer.

Looking good Jack. Thise training wheels work. But if your lower has a nasty edge maybe putting in a nice releave could also be helpfull. I needed my training wheels also because the sides if my upper were digging in. That can happen if your upper is wider dan your lower. But I've also put a releave on the upper's edge also. Only the inner because it was just a bit too sharp. My design so ky fault ;-)
Good idear to nodge the buck. I'm planning a 3d file of the bug and was way too overcomplicating the design. Just nodging by hand when you need sound way better. Greetings, Frank
