Default In the Hills of Central Wisconsin

Hi All,

Old member, New poster. I have a small restoration shop in Central Wisconsin. Here are some of the things in the shop. 55 Thunderbird & 1950 Chevy Truck.

Mostly all done with the stump and hammer. Smoothed it out on the English wheel. Used the skills I learned in your class at Dan's in Minnesota

Default Suicide Doors on the 50 Chevy Truck

Customer asked for suicide doors. Drivers side done, now to finish the other side.

Ya,
Now I have to work on getting that bead roller motorized because the crank is too long of a reach for one man to operate and handle the metal at the same time
I am thinking of using a treadmill motor and controller.

John, you could always adapt an old car steering wheel as a crank wheel for the bead roller? Very easy to do and very precise compared to crank handle.
