Hi Everyone. My name's Tom. I live in Ephrata, PA, and I'm a metallurgical engineer. I've been fascinated by metalshaping since I was in my teens, but I'm only now getting around to learning how to do it. I just bought my first panel beater bag and I'm finishing up making a shrinking stump. I'm excited to be a part of the community and start learning this art

Welcome to the forum, Tom.

Great to see some one join from Ephrata. We spend a lot of time in the area whenever we're visiting the inlaws- Goods, Shady Maple, Weavers, Hinkletown Sewing Machine Repair, Stauffers, Udder Choice, etc, etc.

Thanks guys! Yeah, there's lots of little mom and pop places to visit around here. A new micro brew opened up not too long ago called Black Forest brewery. Might be a good stop on your next visit.
