Thumbs up Austin, Texas - Hot Rod Crazy

May name is Buster and I live in Austin, Texas. I am semi-retired and have my own man-cave shop where I work on old cars (I know...lucky me). I just finished a complete nut-and-bolt on a hot rod 47 Hudson pickup, and am about to begin building an open-wheeled roadster/Sunday driver powered by an old-school 392 Hemi. I plan to design and build the entire car (except the frame) from scratch, and am anxious to learn as many tricks as possible from this forum to make my build more enjoyable.

Welcome Buster.
Are you going to the Lonestar Roundup?

I have been to every single Roundup, and would not miss this one. Think I will be taking the Hudson PU. Lots of hot rod stuff going on around town too!
