Thank you very much and I appreciate your comment, especially since it comes from a real craftsman who also did the same piece but with top standards, thanks once again. This is my first work in metal shaping (I have made small pieces but never so big, complex and aluminum), and on this occasion I learned to weld aluminum and use the English wheel.

Onorius, With you headlight covers can you explain how you hemmed the edge so cleanly. Did you tip with a bead roller or tip by hand. If so how did you shrink the folded edge when turning back in on itself

It looks great

Hy, please give me a picture of the part you refer to, because I do not know exactly what you mean and then I answer. You mean A or B? thank you.

I really appreciate the fact that you took the time to view my post, thank you very much for the pictures, I analyzed the post with your Lancia Appia Zagato before I started my project and honestly I felt a little intimidated, that's why I feel honored for your comment . I found very useful information for me in your post that helped me a lot. Thank you again.

Onorius, I was referring to the very start of the thread, the first photos you posted. You have a lexan cover you reproduced in aluminium ans managed to fold the edges to form a hem. I have had troubled doing this wiyhout distorting the main body and getting a progressive shrink along the folded edge.........Hope this makes sense!!!
