looking at the paper pattern on the buck, you have it laid down apart from the middle where you have extra paper, that would need to be shrunk to loose the excess. do you want it with a swage through centre but still concave?

Thanks guys. Here a is fairly decent picture of the end result. Think of a truck snowplough blade at a lower angle of attack - two concave planes in a slight vee, meeting with a ridge in the middle.

the swage in the centre should be easy enough with a tipping die and a skateboard wheel, or done in the wheel.
did you try to tip the flanges along its length to see what happens? tipping the edges will change the length of the part, after that I am also out of talent

Getting there in the end is all that matters. Looks like you have it sorted.

Crikey - just realised I haven't posted much since mid last year!
I have been doing bits, honest. Go the front spoiler/splitter shaped and welded up, but still needs to be tapped up and filed.

Then came the swage for the front guard.
Made some custom dies for the swage. Took a few machining sessions to get them right and compensate for the springback, but got there in the end. Ran the bottom crease in with a tipping wheel and a skateboard wheel.
