Default Indtroduction: Retired guy Bonneville, motorcycle, cars

Howdy, My name is Matt and I have been into car and motorcycle design and have been lucky to have worked with Jack Sutton a master metal shaper and am always interested in how the craft has progressed......or not. Looks like a good forum, should be fun. I am located in Spring Valley, CA.
I am retired fromTaylor Guitars as a machine and special tool designer as well as have partnered with Don Vesco from the 1970's in business, etc, etc. I noticed this site mentioned on the Landracing.com forum and it sounded interesting.

Hi Matt,
Welcome to the forum.
I never met Jack Sutton but I admired the 250TR that he rebodied.
I got to know Hack Hagemann (who worked with Sutton for a time) and greatly admired his bare aluminum Porsche spyder that I got to see him build.

Matt, I followed your mileage bike exploits back in the day and a number of friends had Rabid Transit fairings on their bikes, so I'm looking forward to seeing what new creations you come up with.

cheers,
Michael

A little research nets some info on our new "visiting dignitary"

It appears that Matt understates his accomplishments after a little Google searching it turns up all sorts of "special talents".

Welcome Matt.....very impressive array of skill sets you have.
