Good morning, new to the forum and looking to capitalize on the knowledge and experience of the hundreds before me. I have taken several TIG welding classes yet to continue to struggle with 1/16" al. for the life of me, I can not avoid burn through, butt and or lap, any suggestions would be appreciated.

There will be answers on here for sure. Just post the question in the welding sheet metal section so more will see it.

Invention is a combination of brains and materials.
The more brains you use, the less materials you need.
