No wife or jewelry here but I have been wearing a pill holding pendant necklace since becoming a semi old man. It holds 9 baby aspirin just in case I might have a stroke. Initially it came with a cheap chain that pulled my chest hairs but I replaced it with a so called “biker’s chain” which is stainless and painless. You can tell me I worry too much but I saw what happened to my dad after his stroke, without going into gruesome details I can tell you it wasn’t pretty. ~ John Buchtenkirch

Hello Group,
Haven't worn a ring for 35+yrs of marriage because when I was a young labor helper at my father law's business, a guy working on a microwave oven shorted his ring out on the high voltage transformer and cooked his finger almost off because he jurked his hand and it got caught and couldn't get loose quick enough.
Wife says she would rather have me home in 1 piece then not at all so she totally understands.
Also many years later had a guy deglove his ring finger cause it got hung up on equipment As he stepped off a ladder, not a pretty sight.

Leave the jewelry to the women.
