Hello from Minnesota
Hello everyone,
I’ve been lurking on this site for a while so I decided it was time to finally make an account. I’m a newbie to sheet metal work but the little experience I have has left me wanting to learn everything I can. A couple years ago I bought an incredibly rusty 1974 Alfa Romeo GTV from a guy who runs a shop out of his house and I’ve been slowly restoring it on the weekends. It’s the first car I’ve ever worked on so basically everything I know has been learned on this car. The shop owner has been an incredible instructor, and I’m very proud of how much I’ve accomplished, but I know there’s just so much more to learn which is why I’m really excited to take in as much as I can from the members of this site. The body work on the Alfa is done now, but I have a rusty '73 Lancia Fulvia which I'm going to restore next and I'm hoping to do a much better, more professional job on that (with a little help from this site of course).
