Sorry to hear this! Met him in Oblong, great metalworker. I still have a piece of metal he and I shaped on his Anoka.

Thanks for posting this,Kerry. I first met Dennis at a metal meet at Roger's Rod and Custom in Mn. I bought a set of plans from him at that meet for his Anoka power hammer. We became fast friends through me building one of the first hammers from his plans and spoke often during that time. Since then we usually met up at "Back to the Fifties" each year, although we had lost touch the last couple of years. He was a great guy with lots of "out of the box" ideas! My thoughts and prayers are with his family

Default dennis borgwards projects ??

just read this posting from last spring and was wondering what happened to his projects ?had a neat gasser builder and several motorcycles ? been awhile maybe somebody knows ?none of my busines BUT i always enjoyed seeing dennis at "back to the firties " show in minn . NOT THE SAME WITHOUT HIM THERE !
