If you don't mind the color black, rubberized undercoating (from any reputable company) has been used for decades and is tough.

Default Bed liner

I've wondered about using bed liner (like used in pick ups - Rhino and Linex are the most common around here) for rust proofing and sound deadening. There are two downsides, one is that it's heavy, another that it's impossible to get off.

I know that Duplicolor makes Bed Armour, a do it yourself product.

Has anyone tried this?

Bedliner works great, but it's expensive and hard to apply unless you have the car on a rotisserie. Most of the MOPARS I do have the floors done with tintable bedliner matching the exterior color.

The cheap "roll-on" one-part bedliners are nowhere near as durable as something like SEM's 2-part (catalyzed) bedliner.

the SEM's 2-part (catalyzed) is it a brand name i can look at , and i am restoring my car so it will be in peaces and will rotate the body fore undercoating it , does it stick to epoxy paint , the part about nott geting it of is scary since i tend to paint my self as well,

Yes, it can be applied over epoxy.

SouthernPolyurethanes.com also carries a sprayable 2 part bedliner. Same basic product as the epoxy they carry.

Honestly, what need is there? epoxy does the job, and i would use some sound deadening material on the inside of the vehicle. Most every undercoating i have seen causes more problems than it solves. Just my opinion anyway
