John,
I am looking forward to seeing the three of you next week. We may have a little rain so I have a 20 x 30 tent already set up plus I have two 10 x 10 popups. We should have plenty of room under cover for your outdoor shop. Craig, from Dagger Tools, sent me a hammer for Jimi (looks like it was re-handled.) Be sure to ask for it when you get here, as I may forget otherwise. I had two people asking today about stumps. I wondered if you had any. Were you able to cut up that piece of rail that I left at your place in July? See you on Thursday.

Dane,
Are either of them extras? They were inquiring about stumps for their own shops. If not, I can try to swing by the local tree service and see if they have anything suitable available.

Sorry, I misunderstood. They are my personal stumps. I thought you just were just needing some for the weekend....

Photos from the Event
The North Woods Meet concluded yesterday and I think everyone had a good time and learned a lot.
Pat Brubaker did a couple of classes before the meet, and he provided a lot of assistance during the meet. Here are some photos Pat is showing us how to slap down high spots in a fender. Thank you to everyone who attended!

Again, I had a great weekend meeting up friends in metalshaping and meeting new people all with different metal experiences. Every one of these meets is an eye opening experience for me and I learn so much not only from Steve and Pat but everyone involved. If anyone has a chance to hit up this meet, take the time to get there. The camaraderie is great!
Thanks to you, Steve and Sue for opening your home and shop for the weekend for us! And to Pat Brubaker for the technical support!
