After posting the Gorilla comment I got to thinking hmmm the way I for motorcycle fenders I get away with not annealing half hard brass , I form 304 stainless and even titanium . So I stopped by Alro service center and picked up a piece of 6061 T6 .050 sheared it up and formed a fender out of it in non annealed state . I was able to do it But my process does not over work it . The 6061 T6 was no worse than stainless or titanium doable
