They are HF and have done well.

Working on the door sill. It has the style line,door gap return and a step up to the floor that is at a angle swoopy thing with a long curve. Hard to describe and tougher to make. After many failures i think i'm half way closer.
Half the style line profile goes in first then multiple steps on the tipping wheel and lots of clampy things i had to make to turn each return over with a hammer. Stamped parts can be tough to replicate by hand.......at least for me

That's thinking out of the box. I think that just might do the trick, take your time to keep the lines straight .

Today i worked up a full lower sill with style line. Untrimmed and not welded up. Looks pretty good.

So my clampy things work great. But i ended up bracing the backs some to keep them from flexing when i really needed to suck'em down. Better now.
