Lightbulb Howdy mates, Sweden here

Howdy mates,
Most boring person on the planet -Thor-Bear Mountain, Sweden, here.
(Yep, thats my real name - Thor Bear Mountain translates to Swedish as Tor Björn Berg and thats your first lesson in Swedish

Not much to tell really...
Always liked to draw and stuff ever since I popped out back in Jan/-70.
Living in a 2 room apartment my tools been limited for the last 2 decades to pretty much an angle grinder and a sledgehammer and borrowed workspaces mostly an extension cord on some poor bstrds/mates driveway.
Some stuff made this way here;
https://youtu.be/3eUH54CAqV8
This year I got sponsored by some pretty awesome tool/machine manufacturers with a welder a plasma cutter and frikkin N E W not secondhand Angle grinder! (Luckily because that stuffs seriously outta reach for dudes in my circumstances)
I have a fat dog that loves riding shotgun in the rustbucket (Peugot), look up at the stars and reflect over how small they are, and she also has a bad habit of adopting all kindsa crazy shit. (Hedgehog, a squirrel, a giraffe cushion, a batch of newly hatched chickens, 2 cats where of one adult that had serious issues about being dog-adopted asf.)
Stupidly positive, always need to create wether its art, inventions asf Im happy.
If I win the national lottery I'll spend the 75 millions on a Dodge Challenger for me and my dog, fix my broken tooth and tell my g/f I'm gonna spend the change on a garage with metalshaping tools art supplies and a matrass.
Don't have a clue what I wanna be when I grow up, only 48yrs so far.
My Swenglish is probably undecipherable, sry.

Nice being here, have a nice day mates!

Welcome to the forum Thor-Bear, that's some quirky looking stuff you've produced there and you've also done well with just an angle grinder and sledge hammer I especially like your R2D2 sculpture.

Don't worry too much about your English as it will always be better than a lot of folks Swedish.

Thumbs up

Thanks for the welcome Gareth & Peter, appreciate being here
Also thanks for the praise on my R2D2 build. (btw R2 has some space for motors in the feets & head if I ever have the time to motorize him and put a projector in.)
I can add some pics here on my current sculpture project if you like.
Oh and you guys have some amazing knowledge and crazy skills, nice links Peter!

Wow! Watched your video and am very impressed with your work! Very creative! I'm thinking of making a life-size "Bender" mail box for my house so your creations have re-inspired my will to have one of Groening's characters in my life. We're all big kids at heart
Welcome to the forum - there is an amazing amount of talent here, with awesome folk ready to share projects and advice. I'm sure you'll love it!
Cheers, Matt
