Default Introduction

Professionalally, I'm an environmental graphic designer who has been designing in the sign manufacturing industry for over 20 years. I have always had a passion for seeing my ideas turn into tangible things that can look good on an industry-wide level. I'm an expert in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, steadily climbing up the learning curve for CAD design and 3d printing with Rhino3d, AutoCAD, and 5 axis milling.

In my spare time I like to get my hands dirty welding, cutting and crafting things from raw materials and learning new trades and skills. I design and build fabricated signs and artwork, architectural lighting, and things friends think up that they wouldn't expect to be able to make in a garage shop with access to a water jet.

Oh and there's the '67 Firebird I'm doing a nut/bolt teardown on to put it back together as a weekend track toy.

Lifetime learner, figure it out type of person.
