Default Great work!

All great ideas for how to do the bead. Another way similar to what you did would be to use a small "Hot Dog Die" underneath and 2 doggies on top. Fred26t

It's a block of polypropylene. I was worried the corners would roll over before I chased the entire length. It actually held up pretty well.

Here's a bit more of the fender. Thanks again for all the suggestions! I'm really happy with the way it came out.

Fantastic looking bike. Great original thinking. Its a pity we need to hang appendages like number plates off these things as they never fit with the lines of the bike
