Default Understanding curves and radii

Hello--very basic question from a rookie. Is there a resource out there that discusses curves, radii, reverse curves, etc in terms of metal shaping? Thanks!

Hi,

Bill Longyard is a member here with the group. He has writen several metal shaping books that cover your questions quite well. His books can be found with a Internet search.

Hope it helps,
Bill

Hello and welcome.

You have terms that will match the content of this site, and there are a lot of resources on these and many other topics.

Click Search and Show Posts

Enter the word you have the most interest in to start.

The click Go.

The results will get you more to read than you expected. As you read, you will find members whose posts 'click', or 'make sense'.

I am still reading myself and have nothing else to offer.

I've found that the more I read the more I understand. There is no one source of information that answers all your questions. I find that after I've read everything I can find, reading things a second or third time helps me to understand.
